Status quo of international Adaptation Finance

This policy brief discusses the status of international adaptation finance by explaining how the term is framed, and then giving an overview on current adaptation finance flows and trends. The research identifies the role of adaptation finance in negotiation processes both concerning and beyond the UNFCCC. The authors also assess the major challenges for mobilising investments on adaptation-related activities, and conclude with a set of recommendations.
