Predictability of international climate finance under the Paris Agreement

Article 9.5 of the Paris Agreement contains an obligation for developed countries to provide ex-ante information about their climate finance provisions. This policy brief analyses the key elements of the current negotiations on Article 9.1 and summarises the different perspectives of negotiation groups working on it.
