The Transparency Provisions in the Paris Agreement

This research outlines the features of the transparency related provisions in the Paris Agreement and analyses how they interact with one another. It situates this nexus of provisions within international law on sustainable development and presents four country case studies to highlight key legal and governance issues for implementing transparency provisions in domestic contexts.
