‘Leave no one behind’ index 2018

The 2018 Leave No-one Behind Index examines how leave no one behind features in national climate change adaptation policy by looking at the occurrence of leave no one behind language across national adaptation documents submitted to the UNFCCC – specifically: adaptation components of countries’ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs); National Adaptation Plans (NAPs); and National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs).
