Leading on Ambition: Opportunities for the enhancement of Nationally Determined Contributions by the Climate Vulnerable Forum

The 48 member countries of the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) are some of the most vulnerable countries to climate change, yet are among the most ambitious. This paper identifies a set of mitigation and adaptation options that CVF member countries could pursue when submitting new or updated NDCs by 2020.
