LDCs, negotiations and the climate crisis: Will the poorest countries benefit from the COP24 climate package?

It explores the Katowice package of outcomes and delves into the implementation guidelines adopted at COP-24, and reflects at 2019 and beyond regarding opportunities for LDCs.
