Good Governance for Long-Term Low-Emissions Development Strategies

This paper considers what types of governance and institutional arrangements can best support the development of long-term, low-emissions development strategies. Using country experiences, the authors provide a checklist of key questions that national policymakers and planning officials can consider when developing long-term strategies.
